Bluelight, a play-to-earn, free-to-play card-based business simulator based on the Take My Muffin animation series, has recently been updated with a new build featuring changes in tune with the holidays, alongside updated mechanics that now provide a more challenging experience.
What’s New In This Build?
For this 5th version of the Web3 title, which was released on December 12th, the developers have addressed the community’s feedback about the game being too easy to play with new balancing changes in both the office management mode, Tycoon, and the project completion mode, Collcetible Card, while making a couple of additions in both areas.
The most noticeable change upon jumping into this latest release are the updates to the game’s visuals and music, now offering a jolly Christmas atmosphere with relevant garage decorations and music fitting the holidays. According to the announcement, Blueligh.inc CMO Alexander Skorik had the following to say regarding the new updates:
“We’ve been in a long search for a better algorithm, and have found a closer ground to a golden middle in project complexity. The game won’t be as easy as in our 4th release, but the whole process of task solving and progressing has become much more interesting. It will take some brainstorming and a bit of luck, just like in real entrepreneurs’ lives. Never a dull moment!”

Players now start off in a garage, which is what the developers initially had in mind when creating the game, as that’s the way “many classic startups from Silicon Valley appeared.” Whenever you buy something from the Shop, there will be messages in-game to give you a friendly reminder of the cool new furniture or cards you have now to use.
The official post also reveals that project generation algorithms have undergone an overhaul, helping players learn the core aspects of the game in the first couple of tasks, while making it more challenging and interesting the further you progress. At the beginning of each project, you will now have modificators appear that offer random bonuses, such as a potential chance of getting an increase in productivity. The abilities that managers have are now somewhat adjusted in order to “balance project completion,” which ups the difficulty a little to make gameplay feel more enjoyable.
Problem Cards

The latest release marks the launch of problem cards, which will randomly pop up during project completion to cause a bit of chaos in your office. This means they’ll bring up various issues to impede your progress, from a coffee machine breaking down to having your specialists go on sick leave – all of which can be resolved using special cards in your deck.
How to Access
The new build can be accessed for free by registering on the game’s official website using an email or by connecting a MetaMask wallet, with no NFT or crypto needed to start off.
