Following community feedback for the Moonfall revamp leak, the developers of Axie Infinity Homeland are now back with new improvement plans that are said to be based on “two major pieces of feedback we gathered.”
What Are the New Plans?
The team plans on replacing the current mechanic with a new system that is tied to the quest system. With this new Moonfall ticket reward system, the planned First Come, First Serve mechanic is being replaced with a fairer distribution process that is not too random as the one before.
Moonbeam is officially getting removed once this revamp is released, with the current budget of Moonbeam rewards to be sent to the new rewards distribution system. Players can expect the new overhauled system to go live before the end of this month.
Quest-based System

This new system utilizes quest mechanics, so that every plot gets 12 quests every day, with each quest differing in tasks and difficulty. An option to re-roll to receive a different set of quests will also be available, with 5 free re-rolls available at the start, after which players will have to pay 10 Ancient Coins for each re-roll.
The 12 quests you get each day are split into 3 difficulty levels: 4 Easy Quests, 4 Hard Quests and 4 Rare Quests. Some examples of the tasks these quests may bring include gathering a certain amount of materials, crafting a specific number of Sugar, defeating a number of Epic Enemies, and so on.
Once you complete a quest, you will have a chance of getting either a Common Ticket, Premium Ticket or Special Ticket. The base chances vary depending on the difficulty of the quest, with chance multipliers potentially included based on the task in question. Easy Quests can have an up to 2x multiplier, while Hard Quests can go up to 12x and Rare Quests can provide an up to 11x multiplier. It’s also stated that Hard Quests “requiring materials from higher Atia's level or building level blueprint” will provide higher chances of getting a ticket.
The plot type can also increase your chances (except Savannah), with rarer plots providing higher increases, going up to 50%.
Prizes

By winning a ticket, you’re able to enter the Moonfall raffle for a chance at winning various prizes depending on the ticket in question, meaning there will be 3 prize pools that reset once every day. Common Prizes are each said to be worth 1 AXS in Ancient Coins, while Premium Prizes are each worth 5 AXS in Ancient Coins, and Extra Special prizes are each worth 20 AXS in Ancient Coins.
More detailed information on prize distribution can be found in the official post linked in the tweet below.
