Arena of Faith, a web3 gaming ecosystem and MOBA backed by Tencent, Animoca Brands, YGG, and Immutable, has officially announced their final play to airdrop opportunity: ACP Wars.

What Is ACP Wars in Arena of Faith?

ACP Wars is a 14-day tournament in which you have the last chance to play to earn an airdrop of $ACP tokens before the TGE officially takes place. From January 6th, you can compete for a total prize pool of 5 million $ACP tokens spread across 3 battle pass reward tiers: Free Rewards, VIP Rewards, and SVIP Rewards.

The Free Rewards tier is of course available for anyone to earn, no matter if you’re a new player or a veteran of this competitive blockchain game. This tier is said to include rewards that are worth 160 ACP per season, and you can earn ACP treasure chests through which you could earn up to 1000 tokens.

Holders of Hero Cards can qualify for VIP Rewards by staking their NFTs, unlocking access to exclusive prizes said to be valued at around 430 ACP a season, with the treasure chest in this tier having a chance of dropping up to 2000 ACP. If you’re a VIP5 player, you will get a 180% bonus multiplier for the rewards in this tier.

Last but not least, staking Avatar NFTs will qualify you for SVIP Rewards. Staking these assets will give you access to rewards worth about 2330 ACP per season. You can get up to 5000 ACP from treasure chests earned in this reward tier, with SVIP5 players receiving a whopping 300% bonus multiplier.

Each season is set to last 14 days, and it looks like the first battle pass season might be the only one to take place before TGE.

How to Earn Battle Pass Points in Arena of Faith’s ACP Wars

To progress your way through this pre-TGE battle pass season that only runs for 2 weeks, you need to collect points by completing daily and seasonal tasks.

Daily tasks are gameplay-focused missions that reset every 24 hours and are designed to keep you engaged in the Metis-powered MOBA in various different ways. These tasks could include playing a certain number of matches, achieving certain team-focused objectives, and more.

Seasonal tasks are one-time missions that you have time to complete throughout the entire 14-day period. As such they are more challenging than daily tasks, and thus require more time to successfully complete them. They are said to be designed to “push your skills further and encourage diverse gameplay strategies,” so you could be challenged to go out of your comfort zone and play with a new hero you’re not used to.

These tasks should all be possible to do for free, allowing you to progress and complete the entire Free Reward tier through gameplay. If you’re a VIP or SVIP player, you get to unlock the other tiers and further boost your rewards thanks to Crit Boosts. A Crit Boost is visually displayed when it happens, and it could significantly increase the number of rewards you get or the amount of points you earn. Instead of getting 1 treasure chest, a Crit Boost could give you 2 treasure chests, or instead of earning 100 points, you might get 150 points.

Your chances of getting a Crit Boost depends on your VIP/SVIP level. The higher the level, the bigger the chance of getting a Crit Boost. A higher level will also give you bigger rewards. Your VIP level depends on the number of Hero Cards you’re staking, while SVIP level is based on the amount of Avatar NFTs staked. To get level 1, you need to stake at least 1 Hero Card or 1 Avatar NFT. More details can be found in the image embedded in this official tweet.

This airdrop event kicks off this January 6th. If you want to join in, you can download Arena of Faith for free on PC and mobile, including Android and iOS devices.
