Developer AlwaysGeeky Games has published a new 2024 roadmap for their Voxie ecosystem, featuring milestones for Voxie Tactics, the Voxies Marketplace, and the VOXEL economy.

Roadmap Details

In the official announcement on Twitter/X, the studio has teased that this will be the biggest year so far for their free-to-play turn-based RPG. While no specific timeframes have been given for any milestone this year, the roadmap reveals that the team is set to launch a remastered Windows version of their Web3 title. The strategic blockchain game is also set to expand to other platforms, including macOS, Linux and mobile devices. Next to adding new platforms, new features are also on the way, including a training mode, battle pass, guild competitions, new game modes and more.

Voxies Marketplace & VOXEL Economy

The marketplace is set to be upgraded to provide a more user-friendly experience by introducing instant account creation, meaning new players will no longer need to set up a wallet. Text-based search listings and a shopping cart feature are also on the way, and so are new services that include a pet ranch, real-time activity dashboard, a guild hub and more. One of the new services listed in the official image, the Voxies Marketplace Library, is already live, making it easier to filter and search for a wide variety of different items.

When it comes to the game’s economy powered by the VOXEL token, there are plans to introduce new reward incentives, a new ELO structure and new ranking and leaderboard mechanics.
