MapleStory Universe is a web3 gaming platform set to feature a variety of blockchain gaming experiences that expand upon Nexon's popular 2D MMORPG. The ecosystem's first game is MapleStory N, a PC MMORPG, with the entire platform set to be powered by the $NXPC utility token, designed to facilitate transactions throughout the ecosystem and enable creation and purchase of item NFTs to foster a creator economy in which the community can build upon the renowned IP with their own content and web3-powered apps to earn token rewards.
