What One Arena Is
One Arena is described as a cross-IP card battle arena, taglined "All the IPs, in One Universe. All the Cards, in One Arena." The platform functions as a multi-IP TCG platform with fast-paced 1v1 matches, launching initially with One Piece, Dragon Ball, and Rosentica's own original IP.
The core design decision that separates One Arena from conventional digital card games is its treatment of onchain RWA cards. Physical cards registered as Real World Assets on the blockchain can be brought into active battles and used in gameplay with real rewards attached. The model turns static card collecting into a live competitive layer, directly connected to the tokens already circulating in Rosentica's ecosystem.
One Arena will not launch new tokens for incoming IPs. Value generated by the platform flows directly into $FREYA, $ONE, and $DRAGON, the three existing tokens in Rosentica's multi-IP onchain universe. This structure ensures that new IP additions compound the value of existing holders rather than fragmenting it across fresh launches.
The Rosentica Ecosystem Behind the Platform
Rosentica has built a layered ecosystem of IP tokens ahead of One Arena's launch. Each token represents a licensed anime universe brought onchain as an IP RWA.
$DRAGON launched in October 2025 on BNB Chain as the native token of DragonVerse, the first IP RWA project on that chain. DragonVerse tokenizes the Dragon Ball series IP, giving holders co-ownership and daily royalty distributions from real-world IP licensing revenue. The project launched with the DRAGON token surpassing $3.7 million in value, and the founder confirmed a second Dragon Ball series IP acquisition was already complete at launch.
$ONE is the token for the One Piece IP expansion, combining the One Piece series IP, TCG elements, a new fan economy, and RWA mechanics. Its token generation event launched in January 2026 via BONKfun, where it raised $9.71 million in what was described as a heavily oversubscribed launch. $FREYA and $DRAGON holders received airdrops at the time of the $ONE TGE.
$FREYA is Rosentica's original and core ecosystem token, operating on Solana. It serves as the utility and governance token for the Freya Protocol, the studio's plug-and-play Internet Capital Markets infrastructure. Over the course of 2025, more than 56.9% of the total $FREYA supply was permanently removed from circulation through trading fee buybacks and burns. The protocol has distributed approximately $296,000 to holders through its daily revenue-sharing mechanism.
Faith Points and Long-Term Holder Rewards
One Arena introduces the Faith Points system as a mechanism to reward long-term ecosystem participants. $FREYA holders accumulate Faith Points passively every five minutes based on their holding amount, without requiring staking. No lockups are imposed. Faith Points form the basis for future rewards across the One Arena ecosystem, including allocations in upcoming Chosen Partner launches and priority access to new IP integrations.
The Freya Protocol v2.0, which underpins the broader ecosystem, routes a 1% trading fee from all ecosystem projects toward $FREYA buybacks and a 3% revenue distribution fee toward additional $FREYA buybacks and token burns. Every new IP added to One Arena therefore contributes mechanically to $FREYA demand rather than diluting it.
The Founder's Background and the Pokemon TCG Pocket Benchmark
Natsuki, posting as @TabinekoKIKI, positioned One Arena explicitly against the Pokemon TCG Pocket model, which generated $669 million in revenue in 2025, calling One Arena an "RWA card-enhanced" version of that concept. Natsuki identifies as an alumnus of Shadowverse, the digital collectible card game from Cygames that ranks as the second-largest CCG worldwide by player base.
That background shapes the design direction of One Arena. Shadowverse operates as a fast-paced, IP-driven digital card game with a streamlined competitive format, and One Arena's emphasis on fast 1v1 matches and cross-IP interoperability draws on similar principles, while the RWA layer adds a dimension of physical card ownership and onchain asset registration that has no equivalent in traditional digital TCGs.
The Solana hackathon context visible in the tweet thread places this announcement as part of a development sprint, with Natsuki citing the hackathon as an acceleration lever for the platform's build-out and inviting potential users and investors to connect directly.
More IPs Secured, Web3 Collaborations Coming
The One Arena announcement confirms that more IPs beyond One Piece and Dragon Ball have already been secured, though specific titles were not named. Web3 collaborations are also described as on the radar, suggesting potential future integrations with other onchain gaming ecosystems or token communities.
Early access is available now for interested players and developers. Rosentica is actively seeking feedback at this stage, with Natsuki indicating a willingness to speak with as many potential users and investors as possible ahead of the broader rollout.
About Rosentica's Freya: The Starfall
The studio's first onchain title, Freya: The Starfall, is a tactical roguelike squad RPG available on Solana and built in partnership with Immutable. Players build squads of five Mercenaries with randomized skills, zodiac alignments, and attribute growth paths, running them through PvP matches and AI-driven story modes. The game's lead artist, Sangsoo Jeong, has credits on League of Legends and Diablo. The broader Freya Protocol has already proven out the revenue-sharing model with approximately $296,000 distributed to $FREYA holders in live operations, providing the financial template that One Arena is now being built to extend across multiple IP universes simultaneously.
