The developers of Outland Odyssey, Project SEED Game Studio, have recently revealed the utility behind two of its tokens, O2 and SHILL, which will be used in the Web3 action RPG.
The SHILL token represents the core cryptocurrency of the Project SEED ecosystem that will be used for purchasing O2 tokens and minting NFTs, as well as for staking, governance and more. It can be bought on various centralized and decentralized crypto exchanges, including KuCoin, Bybit, PancakeSwap, Raydium and more, but it can also be gained for free via P2P quests, airdrops, and from various events related to Outland Odyssey.
O2 on the other hand, is the main token of the ecosystem’s first mobile RPG, and will come with a variety of use cases, which include upgrading various items, minting NFTs as well as crafting weapons and armor. Players will be rewarded with this currency by simply finishing quests throughout their time spent playing Outland Odyssey. Other rewards for completing quests include materials and gold coins, which are also needed for crafting equipment. While SHILL can be bought, O2 is not yet available for purchase on any exchange, and according to the whitepaper, it won’t be minted until the game has been officially launched.
Outland Odyssey is currently available in beta on Android devices via the Google Play Store.
