Developer Neosonyx has revealed all of the updates they have lined up for 2024 for their free-to-play strategy RPG, Kingdom Story: Heroes War.

TGE & End of Beta

For this year, the team plans on doing the token generation event (TGE) for their upcoming governance token, $KID. In the meantime, testers are receiving $bKID, which is what the official announcement states will be possible to later convert into the governance token. No specific date for TGE is available at the time of writing, but it is now confirmed that it will happen at some point this year.

As for the open beta that kicked off at the end of November last year, this phase is set to officially close during 2024. The exact time for the closing of the beta phase will be revealed in the game’s official Discord server, with the announcement stating that the developers will make use of gathered feedback to add various improvements, with the official launch said to bring new content and a “fresh economy system.” Additional details are planned to be given in due course.

Mobile Version & CEX Wallet Integration

A mobile version of this NFT title is planned to go live in the earlier parts of this year. The team apologizes for delaying this release and says that they will provide “a stable and clean mobile version.” According to the updated roadmap, the plan is to launch on both Android and iOS in Q2 this year.

In an effort to improve the user experience, one of the plans for this years includes integrating various CEX wallets and other “[Web3] wallet connections.”

Updated Roadmap

With the reveal of all these new updates, it also means that the game’s whitepaper and roadmap have too been updated. The roadmap includes milestones for Q1, Q2, and the second half of this year. Some of the milestones mentioned include membership NFT sales for Q1, CEX listing for Q2, the launch of a staking system in Q3/Q4, and more.
