Developer Hexagon Studios has announced a multi-million $HXD airdrop that will be distributed to eligible players of Web3 mobile game, Honeyland.

Airdrop Details

By playing the casual strategy game, players have a chance of earning a share of the tokens that will be airdropped to the top 5000 players on the Airdrop Leaderboard. Specifically, anyone interested has until May 31st to climb the leaderboard by playing and referring through two stages: the Airdrop Multipliers Period and Airdrop Points Period. There is also a Zealy quest that you can participate in until April 20th by completing a variety of social media-based tasks.

To earn points from referrals, the players you invite have to reach Level 7 and become a Certified Beekeeper. To become a Certified Beekeeper, players will need to undergo a facial scan as a form of KYC confirming they’re a unique human using one account. According to the official airdrop page, the developers state that they do not store any images or sensitive information, and that identification is not needed to complete this process. This process will become available in May.

Multipliers Period

The Airdrop Multipiers Period started on April 8th and will end on May 9th, giving participants time to earn bonus points and points multipliers by playing the game, referring friends and completing various tasks.

To make the most of this period, you will be earning bonus points by levelling up in the game and completing specific HXD-related tasks. While you will be able to do these in the Points Period as well, players can already start doing them now for a potential early advantage. Players who have already made it to Level 15 can claim all bonus points.

Points Period

From May 10th to May 31st, players will focus on achieving a variety of Season Milestones while completing Daily Tasks through gameplay to earn points, with all Airdrop points, multipliers and bonuses to be tracked in real-time on the Airdrop Leaderboard. You will also be able to see how much points you have in-game using the Airdrop Pass.

After this period ends, the Airdrop Rewards Period will begin on June 1st, locking the leaderboard ahead of an announcement that will reveal the exact allocations for the top 5000 players.
