In the latest move, DeRace has rebranded to zkRace, moving from an NFT horse racing game to a robust infrastructure for Web3 gaming. This rebrand highlights the platform's shift from a single-game focus to a complete ecosystem that includes zk-rollup technology. 

zkRace will go beyond the traditional bounds of horse racing, catering to both active and passive gamers. With zk-rollup, the platform promises a scalable and transparent gaming experience. This infrastructure will support a wide range of Web3 gaming needs, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. 

A key feature of zkRace is its multi-chain capability, which makes it the first platform of its kind to break free from single-chain constraints. The game is built on a player-first philosophy and is constantly refined to meet and surpass user expectations. Its goal is to deliver an athlete-positive experience that respects and rewards the competitive spirit.

With a Validium-based zk-rollup solution, the game reduces the costs associated with minting, transferring, trading, and storing data on-chain. This solution also solves blockchain congestion issues and improves the scalability of off-chain data storage. 

With that, the native $DERC tokens will be swapped to $ZERC tokens on a 1:1 basis. This move aligns with the new identity and introduces enhanced security features. 

The transformation also includes integrating new bridges to BNB and Polygon chains and launching LP staking farms. Furthermore, integrating the zkRace solution into other games will establish $ZERC as the medium for gas fees.
