Artyfact Opens Leaderboard Rush Season 3 With $30,000 Up for Grabs

Artyfact has launched Leaderboard Rush Season 3, inviting players into a competitive season where jetpacks, transformable vehicles, and scattered skill drops meet a $30,000 prize pool. The AAA web3 shooter is available for free on the Epic Games Store, and any player can jump in without needing prior crypto knowledge or an existing wallet, with an integrated Artyfact Wallet assigned automatically on first login.

The Leaderboard Rush format has become the spine of Artyfact's seasonal content cadence, running its first season in 2025 as a test format, expanding into Season 2, and now entering its third iteration. Season 3 carries the same prize pool structure that defined the earlier seasons, this time with the full competitive system in place and a player base that has grown familiar with the ArtyPoints economy.

How ArtyPoints and the Prize Pool Work

Earning a share of the $30,000 pool comes down to accumulating ArtyPoints (AP) throughout the season. Every kill in a match is worth 1 AP. Winning a match adds 25 AP on top of that. Players can also earn points during capture events on the map, where holding and activating key zones generates additional AP over time.

The prize distribution is tiered. First place takes $1,500, second place receives $700, and third earns $550. Players ranked between 4th and 50th each receive $100, while those finishing between 51st and 100th earn $55. Beyond the top 100, 900 randomly selected participants who completed at least one season match each walk away with $22, spreading reward access across a wider portion of the playerbase.

Players who hold official Artyfact NFTs enter the season with a significant AP head start. An epic-tier Legend character NFT grants 9,900 AP immediately. Jetpacks, weapons, and other items across different rarity tiers carry their own AP bonuses, starting at 2,200 AP for uncommon items. The higher the rarity, the larger the instant boost on the leaderboard.

NFT Revenue Tied to the $ARTY Ecosystem

The prize pool connects directly to the game's token economy. Ninety percent of NFT sale proceeds are used to buy back $ARTY from the open market, while the remaining 10% is permanently burned, reducing circulating supply over time. With a hard cap of 25 million $ARTY tokens and approximately 19.5 million in circulation, the deflationary structure is designed to support long-term token value alongside active play.

Half of all NFT sale profits are redirected into prize pools, which means player participation in the marketplace directly funds the competitive rewards available to the broader community. This creates a loop where NFT collectors and competitive players are working within the same economic system rather than parallel tracks.

The Game Behind the Season

Artyfact is a free-to-play PvP shooter built on Unreal Engine 5 and running on Binance Smart Chain. The game offers four multiplayer modes: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Battle Royale, and Control. What sets its combat apart from standard shooters is the combination of jetpacks for aerial movement, vehicles that can transform into heavy turrets or cross water terrain, and a Scattered Skill System that drops special abilities across the map mid-match. Picking up a skill drop gives players temporary powers that can shift the momentum of a fight, making map awareness as important as aim.

An AI system called Player-Experience Modeling (PEM) runs underneath every session. PEM tracks individual behavior and adjusts difficulty and challenge density in real time, making the experience more accessible for newer players while keeping it demanding for veterans. The system is designed to maintain engagement across skill levels without forcing players into predefined brackets.

About Artyfact

Artyfact is a GameFi metaverse platform that launched on the Epic Games Store in January 2025. Beyond its competitive shooter modes, the platform is building toward a broader metaverse with urban areas for social events, NFT exhibitions, and virtual marketplaces alongside dedicated game arenas. The $ARTY token serves as the primary ecosystem currency for in-game purchases, staking, and DAO governance, with token holders able to vote on treasury allocations, NFT minting policies, and gameplay updates. Console launches on PlayStation and Xbox are part of the platform's confirmed 2026 roadmap, with Steam and mobile app stores also on the expansion plan.
