Aether Games has big news for fans of "The Wheel of Time" series. They've secured exclusive rights to create its official online TCG, named "Cards of Eternity: The Wheel of Time." This venture aims to immerse players in the magical world of Robert Jordan's bestselling epic fantasy, also adapted into a hit show on Prime Video.

"Cards of Eternity" is not just any card game. It offers both single- and multi-player co-op modes, boasting stunning art and animations. The game stands out by letting players dive deep into Jordan's fantasy world. They can buy, craft, sell, and even rent cards. According to the team, this game combines thrilling battles, striking art, and smart AI to offer a story-rich experience. Thanks to Aether's advanced platform, the game promises to truly reflect the expansive world of "The Wheel of Time."

The game taps into Jordan's vast mythology, allowing players to join forces with the story's heroes or darker factions like the Forsaken and Shadowspawn. With over 200 stunningly illustrated cards at launch, players have plenty to explore.

"Cards of Eternity" also introduces an AI guide, powered by the One Power technology from iwot Productions and D1srupt1ve. This feature, which is optional through a One Power subscription, adds more depth to NPC interactions.

Designed to be accessible to all, the game includes tutorials, training modes, and skill-based matchmaking to keep challenges fair but engaging. Aether plans to continue expanding the game with new game modes and content. 

At first, "Cards of Ethernity: The Wheel of Time" will launch on Windows PC, with plans to bring it to consoles and mobile devices later. Fans can sign up for the closed beta to get a first glimpse of this TCG.
