Thronebound Realms

Thronebound Realms is a browser-based 2D open-world MMORPG built around exploration, progression, multiplayer, and a player-driven economy.

Explore the continent of Aldermark across 42 hand-built zones, including towns, routes, caves, dungeons, a city, a sanctum, and the mysterious Spire. Fight 121 creatures and 42 bosses, complete more than 300 quests across interconnected storylines, and uncover secrets hidden throughout the world.

Train nine skills to level 99: mining, woodcutting, fishing, smithing, cooking, alchemy, crafting, combat, and attunement. Gather resources, create items from 149 recipes, improve your equipment, and steadily build your character.

Realms support large-scale multiplayer with local and global chat, whispers, trading, markets, duels, and persistent character progression. Players can move between realm instances to find either busy communities or quieter places to explore.

Thronebound Realms also connects directly to Animica. Players can earn ANM through gameplay, while supported devices can contribute AI inference work to the Animica network directly from the browser. AI models run locally using browser technologies such as WebAssembly and WebGPU, allowing participating devices to become part of a distributed inference network.
